Kim Gorton is the 3rd-generation CEO of her family’s company, Slade Gorton & Co., Inc based in Boston. She started her career working in the loading dock and cash sales office, and years later became Slade Gorton’s leader whose mission is to feed people with wholesome, nutritious and sustainable foods.
