tuna and avocado toasts

I get a kick out of how I used to think finding time to grab lunch during a busy work day was tough.Eating mid-day with an infant will not happen unless the meal is comprised of a) leftovers or b) three ingredients or less.Yesterday I was fresh out of leftovers, so I went for option b tuna and avocado on whole wheat toast.Those are the three ingredients.Each on has a big bang for the bite for both me and the tiny human who depends on me for all his nutrients, especially omega-3s.Did you know the amount of fish-based omega-3s called DHA in the brain triples during the first 3 months of life?
