Trout in Texas
I am back in Texas,
partly for work and partly for fun. The
work part includes a lunch meeting yesterday with the American Pregnancy
Association at, appropriately, Rockfish Seafood
Grill Restaurant. We reviewed the
latest seafood science over a delicious meal of blackened trout. Since I was gabbing away most of the time, I
barely put a dent in mine, but enjoyed the leftovers for dinner.
The fun part is one of my dearest friend’s wedding this weekend. The festivities start this afternoon in Fredericksburg with a pool
party followed by dancing and live music.
Tomorrow is the wedding at her parents’ home and a chuck wagon dinner. Mmmm. I
am so happy for the couple and look forward to celebrating.
