sundried tomato tuna, spinach, and pine nut pasta

I made up an easy pasta using another flavored tuna, sundried tomato with olive oil, for lunch today. Just in case you think chopping up a handful of sundried tomatoes in olive oil is too messy and inconvenient which today, I did this recipe is how to get the same flavorful effect with almost no effort. I did have to boil the pasta, saut some baby spinach, and toast a handful of pine nuts. But otherwise, Id say this filling, healthful meal is barely more involved than heating up leftovers (which is what Ill be doing for lunch tomorrow with the rest of this pasta).
