Happy Valentines Day!Though my valentine is far away, Im especially appreciative for all the other loves of my life that fill my days with fun and happiness.Over the weekend, for example, I was welcomed as the seventh wheel along with three couples for dinner out at Kobe Steak House in Honolulu.I ordered the scallops, which came with a shrimp appetizer, miso soup, veggies, sprouts, and rice.So by the time I got to the scallops, I was pretty much at capacity.This simply meant leftover scallops for lunch the next day.Heated for just a few seconds on a hot skillet, they were just as good as new.
