The out-to-eat meals continue as we still search for a home of our own here in Beaufort. My favorite spot from over the weekend was Saltus River Grill, a swanky seafood joint right on the Beaufort River. I got the catch-of-the-day, which was snapper. And of course our southern locale shone through with the sides, grits and fried okra. To balance all these restaurant meals, weve been keeping a full stock of fresh fruit (especially SC peaches!), dried fruit, nuts, water, and yogurt in our hotel room. Thankfully we have my favorite hotel amenity, a fridge!
