shrimp and grits from @ReganJonesRD

Eight months in to living in South Carolina, and we finally made our first shrimp and grits meal. This is a dish I normally associate with almost overwhelming richness, so I was thrilled to see a fresher version by fellow registered dietitian, Regan Jones. In addition to being creamy and zippy, but not overly buttery, this recipe was also incredibly quick. I asked Lloyd to get it started last night while I put Harris to bed, and he was done by the time I returned.
