scrabbled egg, salmon, and cream cheese on English muffins

I havent had seafood for breakfast in a while, but this weekend Lloyd made scrabbled egg, salmon, and cream cheese on English muffins, which broke me out of my usual oats and fruit routine. I have to say, this kept me full for a couple hours longer than usual. So its really a great choice for big mornings. Another bonus, you can eat it on the go with basically one hand — both traits I’ve been making mental notes of lately as I think about how my meals might need to change in the coming months!
