This week is sandwiched between two rich with restaurants last week was engulfed with work and next week we have friends visiting.So were going to try and make most every meal at home and started with salmon and shrimp on the grill Saturday night.On the side were a restaurant-worthy caprese salad and simple eggplant with olive oil.We got the seafood at our new favorite find, The Hibachi, a grab-and-go market with pre-marinated meats. The salmon and eggplantgrilledatop a layer of foil, while the shrimp skewers went right on the grates.Heres what I have in store for the rest of the week
