Top 5 Seafood Studies of 2015

By admin, February 2, 2016

NFI has compiled The Top 5 Most Important Seafood Studies of 2015.

We’ve summarized the key takeaways for you both in a one minute video and an infographic. 80-90% percent of Americans currently don’t eat enough seafood that can help:

  • Slow brain aging, Reduce belly fat, Improve baby brain development, Reduce the risk of depression.

NFI’s Registered Dietitians Rima Kleiner and Jennifer McGuire are happy to answer any questions.
