In addition, there is a lengthy interview with Wayne Hettenbach, the senior trial attorney for the Environmental Crimes Section of Department of Justice, who was involved with the recent fraud cases and an excellent summary of some of the convictions.

No matter where you are in the supply chain, species substitution is against the law and when caught the penalties are real.
