pistachio-crusted tuna steaks
Now that Im home and back in single-mode, Ive officially decided that the maximum amount of full-blown suppers I can plan and make in one week without wasting food is two. And even then, it really helps to have friends come over and put a dent in my dinners.Last night, they did just that.I made pistachio-crusted tuna steaks along with steamed broccolini and braised potatoes for myself and two girlfriends.It was an attempt to turn a shameful habit weve started watching The Bachelor into a somewhat respectable affair.And it sort of worked.You cant feel too guilty about wasting two hours of your life when its over a nourishing meal with fascinating flavors.Here is my measly menu plan for the rest of the week.
