Three Indicted for False Labeling, Smuggling and Misbranding of Seafood Products
The Justice Department announced the 28-count indictment against Karen L. Blyth of Paradise Valley, Arizona, David H. M. Phelps of Scottsdale, Arizona, and John J. Popa of Pensacola, Florida for conspiring to falsely label, smuggle and misbrand seafood.
