State of Connecticut Takes Action on Short Weight Frozen Seafood
State of Connecticut announces that 50% of the frozen glazed seafood tested in retail stores was found to be short weight. Connecticuts study was part of a 17-state marketplace survey to study the prevalence of short weight frozen seafood in retail stores. The survey is a project of the National Conference of Weights and Measures.
