New York Announces Results of Net Weight Investigation
The State of New York announced the results of a statewide investigation of the net weights of frozen seafood products as part of a 17-state investigation. New York reported that 11 percent of the surveyed packers wrongfully included the weight of the ice glaze in the labeled net weight of the product.
