Multi-agency Forum to Discuss Net Weight Seafood Fraud
Officials from FDA, CBP, NOAA Seafood Inspection Program, select State Weights and Measures program, and industry representatives met to develop an action plan addressing less than 100% net weight frozen seafood. The Seafood Forum was co-hosted by BSB, National Institute of Standards and Technology Weights and Measures Division and National Conference for Weights and Measures.
