FDA Debars Importer Guilty of Fraudulent Mislabeling of Shrimp

FDA published in the February 26, 2013, Federal Register debarment orders for Richard Stowell preventing him from importing food for a period of 3 years. Mr. Stowell pled guilty to falsely labeling imported shrimp, a violation of the Lacey Act and the Food Drug and Cosmetic Act (FDCA).
