Mother’s Day Brunch at the Pineapple Room

My mom is like me. To us, there are few greater gifts than an amazing meal. This year, she just so happened to be in town visiting me over Mothers Day, so I was able to not only treat her to a beautiful brunch, but see her reaction to all the amazing items.The Pineapple Room which maintains a super impressive menu at all times really outdid itself for this special holiday.As you can see from my photos, I made my best attempt to try just about everything on the menu, even if it was a baby bite.This is the only way I can handle buffets. My favorite of all was (surprise, surprise) the “Chinese Style” Pan-Steamed Mahimahi. My mom’s was the Kuahiwi Ranch House-Made Corned Beef and Cabbage.
