Island fresh marlin was on special this weekend, so I picked up a fillet trusting itd be delicious even though I didnt have a specific plan for it.I never really developed a specific plan for it; I simply sauted half a diced tomato and minced garlic in a bit of olive oil then mixed the impromptu pomodoro sauce with some cooked whole wheat penne noodles.On top went the marlin, which I prepared by placing in a hot pan swirled with olive oil for about 2 minutes per side.Scrumptious and uncomplicated with just five total ingredients!
