Yesterday I went to the grocery store and among the whopping six items on my list — food lasts a lot longer around here minus the Marine — was fresh fish.I was in the mood to try something different, so I got a single fillet of marlin. It was the perfect texture to prepare picatta style.And tasted much more interesting than chicken!On the side are sauted mushrooms and angel hair with tomato sauce. Of course garden fresh herbs are infused wherever possible the picatta sauce has dill and the tomato sauce has basil.
