lemony broccoli with anchovies
I had a big old (literally, it was on its last leg) head of broccoli that I needed to use up last night. As I was perusing different ideas for how to jazz it up, I stumbled upon a recipe with my name all over it lemony broccoli with anchovies. I filled half my plate with this salty, tart, spicy treat and the other half with basil and sun-dried tomato couscous. It was a perfect Tuesday evening meal for one.
