Im home in Hawaii for two weeks before my next off-island adventure (a dreamy Thanksgiving in San Francisco, details to follow).After nearly two full weeks of eating out in Australia, I made sure my first stop from the airport was the grocery store.I went so far as to make a meal plan, something I havent much bothered with when its just me.But this really helps me to eat real meals.The first real meal of the week was a success – lemon sole and sauted broccoli and almonds.This recipe has nicely detailed directions on what temp to cook the fish at and how long.Closely following them (not always my style) resulted in a bit of a crisp on the outside and juicy flake on the inside, so Id highly recommend it.
