I am home from Texas now, but Lloyd is still there spending a little extra time with his family for the next few days. So the single-girl impromptu meals are back.Last night for dinner I ate a pouch lemon-pepper tuna steak with whole wheat spaghetti and sauted green beans. It took about 8 minutes to make and tasted great.Lemon is my favorite flavor these days, not only for fish, but other foods like veggies.I squeezed some fresh lemon juice on the green beans, which tied them in nicely to the tuna.
