Gulf prawns with olive oil, lemon, and garlic from @fino_austin

Im one week in to a three-week visit to the mainland for mostly work speckled with a little fun. The little fun hit last weekend when I was able to stop through Texas to see my parents and sisters.We went down to Austin to catch a day of the Austin City Limits Music Festival (ACL) and ate many good meals including dinner at a Spanish tapas restaurant called FINO. One of the tapas we ordered was the Gulf prawns with olive oil, lemon, and garlic. Im constantly amazed by how repeatedly remarkable the simplest food tastes.Today Im in Newark, DE to speak at and attend the Framing the Message about Seafood conference, so Im sure Ill have another seafood meal or two over the next couple days.
