green papaya salad with seafood
Over the weekend my parents and I hopped over to Hilo to explore the east and south sides of the Big Island including Volcanoes National Park.My favorite moments were seeing the glow from the lava lake at the Halemaumau Vent
and watching as my parents jumped off a 30 foot cliff at the southernmost point in the U.S. I was happy to act as photographer.
Because we were so on the go, there were very few proper sit-down meals, but I did manage to squeeze in some seafood by ordering thegreen papaya salad with seafood at Full Moon Caf in Hilo.
