curry salmon sliders

Monday night I got take-out Indian food, so last night I had some yummy leftover rice to finish off. Sticking with the Indian theme, I made curry salmon sliders. Pouch salmon + plain yogurt + mayo + crumbled crackers + raisins + curry powder + fresh parsley.Almost no effort, and I now have leftovers from that meal, which Ill eat for lunch today. It is the official week of leftovers, isnt it?

This afternoon Im leaving for a wonderful Thanksgiving in San Francisco. My friend, and Lloyds colleague, Harlye, invited me to join her family for their annual gourmet feast/wine tasting weekend.Im so, so excited to be in such a marvelous spot with such a generous family for, arguably, my favorite holiday.
