caper-rosemary tuna with herb salad and baked sweet potatoes
Yesterday Lloyd and I cooked our first real dinner since hes been back. After 7.5 months of cooking essentially all my own meals, he sweetly stepped up to the plate to make caper-rosemary tuna.OK, I kind of nudged him. I helped out by getting sweet potatoes in the oven and tossing the herb salad. Everything came together quickly and was, we both agreed, tasty as can be.No more taking for granted the fact that I have a built-in pal to share supper with.
