anchovy & roasted garlic vinaigrette from @bonappetitmag
I was pretty excited to see a whole page praising anchovies in my September edition of Bon Appetit. I love zesty, salty anchovies and am always looking for new ways to try to convince Lloyd he loves them as well.Though Im not a huge fan of stealth nutrition, I make an exception for little fish like anchovies and sardines because theyre so misunderstood. So last night when I brought pizza and salad up to Lloyd for dinner (his case went past 9pm), I refrained from mentioning the vinaigrette contained a few tiny anchovies. He gobbled up his dinner with delight, and was actually pleasantly surprised when I revealed the stealth seafood because he knows how good anchovies are for him.Ill definitely be working this delicious dressing into our regular repertoire.
