The deliciousness of the sushi spread I ordered for dinner last night even came through on my cell phone camera. Now that Im an island girl, I didnt have super high hopes for sushi in Charlottesville, VA. But I was blow away by Miyako. Each piece of fish was fantastically fresh.I loved the assortment I got (going clockwise from the bottom left) yellow tail, octopus, white fish, squid, tuna, eel, rainbow roll, smelt egg, and sea urchin not only for the variety of flavors, but the distinctly different textures too.I really want to try as many Cville restaurants as possible, but we might not be able to avoid a sushi encore.
