Today is my sisters last day, and Im really going to miss having them around.One of my favorite parts of our days has been making dinner together. Not only are they a huge help, its just fun to have company in the kitchen. Ive said for a long while now that someday if I get the chance to design my dream home, itll essentially be a big kitchen with lots of seating so everyone can be together all the time.Sounds like a teenagers dream, right?I suppose there would also need to be a few bedrooms and bathrooms tacked on around the enormous kitchen.Moving on, last night, we made tuna burgers using this burger recipe and this condiment recipe.Instead of grilling the burgers, we pan seared them in a bit of olive oil.It was the perfect light, spring-y dinner for three.
