egg and tuna salad sandwich

Eggs are on my mind this Good Friday before Easter, so I made a satisfying egg and tuna salad sandwich for lunch.Simply mix one can tuna + one hard-boiled egg, diced + one spoonful of plain Greek yogurt + half a spoonful of mayo + as many chopped pickles as you like + salt and pepper, and serve between two slices of soft whole wheat bread.I figure this sandwich has over 30 grams of protein about 2/3 of my total protein needs for the whole day.I hope you have a wonderful, sunny holiday weekend!
