salmon burger on a Hawaiian sweet bread bun

This is a huge week.After 7.5 months working as a Judge Advocate in Afghanistan, Lloyd is on his way home, and set to arrive in Hawaii late Friday night.Im outrageously eager to greet him and spend every second of the weekend together.As Ive mentioned before, I almost never get worked up enough about ups and downs in life to the point that it affects my appetite. But the overwhelming excitement of Lloyds return is getting to my tum a bit. I had an upset stomach yesterday, and today, was craving nothing but comfort food.Luckily, I had some Hawaiian sweet bread rolls in my freezer from when my parents visited. They made the perfect soft bun for my favorite simple salmon burgers.Some lightly sauted sprouts from my CSA veggie box added a mild touch of crunch.
