fish tacos and coleslaw raita with mint

When my in-laws were here last week, we got a mouthwatering take-out spread from India Caf, and Ive been inspired by Indian flavors ever since. Unfortunately, I havent invested in many of the signature spices that make Indian food so scrumptious.But I was happy to see that Food Network star Aarti Sequeira has many Indian-inspired recipes made with rather common ingredients.Last night I paired her fish tacos and her coleslaw raita with mint.Because the raita was so creamy, I skipped the mayo part of the tacos recipe.Lloyd and I both loved the combo of the spicy fish (I used frozen mahi mahi) with the cool, crunchy slaw.
