Chinese-style red snapper

Lloyd and I have had incredible luck a) being stationed in Hawaii and b) being stationed in Hawaii at the same time as a good group of fantastic people that have become our dear friends. The bittersweet twist is that were all here temporarily, and just recently weve started saying goodbyes more than we like.
This weekend well be saying farewell to our full-of-life friends, Chere and Paul, so we joined them for one last special dinner at Hys Steakhouse last night. I knew the rest of the gang would order steak, which I could take a taste of, but for my main course I opted for the Chinese style red snapper. It was very flavorful and very large. I will be eating the leftovers from now until the time Chere and Paul leave.
