panko-crusted oven-“fried” tilapia

Last night Lloyd and I had a little al fresco oven-fried fish feast. The recipe is from Health magazine as are the recipes for the new potatoes and chipotle ketchup I made. The third side dish you see is sauted snap peas with chopped garlic and almonds.The most important, yet easiest part of the meal:A quarter of a lemon for each of us to squeeze on our fish and side dishes.
