oyster stew from @EatingWell

Lloyd snuck two containers of pre-shucked refrigerated oysters in the grocery cart a couple days ago (I know, so rebellious), and I was a little unsure quite what to do with them. I stumbled upon a few mouth-watering recipes for deep-fried oysters, but was hoping for something that didnt require 4 cups of oil. These lightened up poboys sounded healthful and delicious, but I was burned out on sandwiches after three Labor Day weekend BBQs. Finally, I found just the right fit with this easy oyster stew recipe. We ate it with a baguette and a beer. What a tasty way to get an affordable oyster fix!
