scallop crudo @searsucker and oysters and salmon @bluepointsd
Well, last night I found myself at Searsucker for starters again.And I cant guarantee I wont be back.There are just so many amazing options.I can now check the scallop crudo off my list, and give it the title of my favorite starter so far. You really just cant top the simplicity of raw seafood.
For dinner, we went to Blue Point Coastal Cuisine and took advantage of their extended restaurant week menu.There was more raw seafood oysters this time as well as one of the best pieces of salmon Ive ever tasted.Thats a maple soy BBQ sauce, which Im going to have to try and recreate.Im not sure where well go tonight, but I think Im going to have to bring my big camera because the food in this town is officially too gorgeous for my iPhone camera to handle.
