Pescado Veracruzana from Caf Poca Cosa

I swung through Tucson, AZ for the weekend to watch Lloyd and his teammates compete in the United States Tennis Association League 4.5 Adults National Championship. While they didnt win overall, they played their hearts out and it was so much fun cheering them on. The weather in Tucson this time of year rivals Hawaii as absolutely flawless. I could have sat outside watching tennis the entire weekend, but we did take some time out to enjoy some local sites and eats. Our favorite restaurant was Caf Poca Cosa. We ordered a handful of chef Suzana Davilas central Mexican dishes to share family style and our table became a colorful patchwork of greens, veggies, fish, beef, chicken, beans, rice, and tortillas. The pescado Veracruzano (Veracruz-style fish) alone showcases every color of the rainbow and tasted just as vibrant as it looks.
