tilapia piccata and thin spaghetti with asparagus and green beans from @Rachael_Ray
Lloyd came home for lunch today to help me tackle this big platter of lemony pasta, veggies, and fish. What a bright meal in the middle of the work day. One tip this was very tangy. I didnt use quite as much butter as the recipe called for, and it was probably necessary to balance out the citrus. So if you follow my less butter lead, also go a little light on the lemon. I also left out the peas because I thought the asparagus and green beans were plenty. But maybe the sweetness of the peas would have taken the edge off the lemon too.
Another way to brighten your day that I just have to tell you about because it has changed my life www.yogaglo.com. I ran half marathons in April and July, but developed a knee injury and knew I needed a break. Around that time I embarked in over 6 weeks of intermittent travel for work, so it didnt seem like the best time to get into a new exercise routine. Turns out, it was the perfect time to start yogaglo, because it follows you wherever you go.
