Last night I did an awesome yoga class, Lloyd played tennis, and we both convened in the kitchen around the same time ready to eat something healthy.without delay. Just about 20 minutes later, this delicious classic salad was ready to go. The only ingredient I didnt have was cherry tomatoes, so I added a single canned San Marzano tomato to the dressing to replace the acidic flavor. We ate every last bite.
