furikake-crusted mahi mahi with wasabi smashed potatoes
I wasnt in the mood to cook last night, but wanted to use up the mahi mahi Id defrosted, so I took the ultimate easy way out furikake. This stuff is instant flavor and can be used on just about any fish as far as I can tell. Its worked for me on both tuna and mahi mahi. I used another flavor shortcut, wasabi powder, for the blue taters on the side. It was the perfect simple meal for an I dont feel like cooking night.
