By the time the weekend comes, I am often running a bit low on groceries (we usually shop for food on Sunday or Monday), so I end up working backwards to find a recipe that fits the small amount of ingredients remaining in my kitchen. Friday night the key ingredients were both from the freezer, scallops and peas.
