Last night we broke into our second scrumptious seafood buy from Gay Fish Company, scallops.These were beautiful scallops and needed very little preparation beyond a few spices and heat.This recipe for scallops with spice oil was just right.It says there will be leftover spice oil, but we discovered its just as good on smashed potatoes and devoured every drop.
