Variations on macaroni and cheese
Today’s lunch was another variation on macaroni and cheese – this time with tuna and mixed veggies. Macaroni and cheese has got to be one of the most fail-proof disguises for healthy foods like fish and vegetables. Few things aren’t delicious mixed in with cheesy, melty noodles.
