Scrambled eggs with shrimp
I had a wonderful, relatively lazy weekend, and on Sunday, finally got a chance to make the scrambled eggs with shrimp recipe I was looking forward to trying. It was a big hit (among the large test group of myself and Lloyd)…a yummy savory brunch alternative to the usual egg accompaniments of sausage or bacon. This would also be good wrapped in a tortilla as breakfast burritos.
