My husband turned 30 Sunday and we celebrated with a long weekend on Maui over, what seems like, 30 feasts and 30 cocktails.Im going to have to split this entry up to give adequate space to all of the super seafood we ate.Ill begin with the fare that fueled our 7 hour trip up and down the Road to Hana.We stopped at a roadside Chinese food stand selling, unexpectedly, coconut shrimp n chips.As you can see, each little shrimp was supporting every shred of coconut it could.And the result was a sweet and crispy treat that really hit the spot.My favorite site that day was the flurry of windsurfers at the Hookipa Lookout.They looked like butterflies.
