I am home, and had a surprisingly amazing seafood meal on my way here. Look at this mahi mahi with a tasty lime cream sauce, green beans, rice, and a whole grain roll all prepared and served on a plane. Absolutely the best meal Ive ever had mid-air.Lloyd and I are both home for the entirety of this week (this is the first time thats happened in at least 2 months), so Im made a menu plan!
