Popular Seafood Restaurant Embraces Imports

Dave Buxton is the Executive Chef at Smack Shack Restaurant in Minneapolis, MN. Smack Shack originated in 2010 as a food truck serving lobster rolls. Since then, not only has the restaurant moved into a building, but their menu has grown immensely in size. Being open year round makes the seafood restaurant very favorable and unique in this Minnesota town. Dave, who starting cooking in Massachusetts, has always had a love for seafood.
