ancho chile, shrimp, and pasta from @simplyrecipes

By NFI Nutrition, November 23, 2011

Last night (Thanksgiving Eve Eve), I wanted to make something completely not Thanksgiving-y to clear the way for all the decadent dishes to come. In my mind, this meant something light, spicy, and speedy. Elises Ancho Chile, Shrimp, and Pasta recipe hit the spot. It was both simple and surprising who knew you can eat dried ancho chiles essentially as is? I will definitely be returning to this dish to keep things in check through the hectic holiday season.
