Layered Crab Spread

Ingredients: 
1 cup finely chopped fresh mango
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper
3/4 teaspoon minced jalapeno pepper, seeded
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon minced cilantro
One 8oz package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
3 drops Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 cup lump crabmeat
Instructions: 

Combine mango and next 6 ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Set aside.

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, Tabasco, and lime juice in a bowl; beat until smooth. Spread in a 9-inch springform pan; set aside.

Drain mango mixture; stir in crabmeat. Carefully spoon onto cream cheese layer. Sprinkle with minced cilantro. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Remove sides of pan before serving. Serve with toasted pita triangles, baguette slices, or crackers.
